StratOS
Seven executive perspectives. One coordinated analysis. Pressure-test a business decision, review the numbers, and leave with clear next steps.
No card. No account needed for the demo.
What you get
Seven executive perspectives — CEO, CFO, CMO, COO, CTO, Idea Analyst and Red Team — analyze your decision and deliver a verdict with disagreements surfaced.
Describe a business idea and get a transparent 0–100 score across six criteria, plus each board member's take, strengths, weaknesses and the tests to run next.
Enterprise briefings with available official statistics and web sources. Every figure is cited; unavailable figures show “No data.”
Track accounts, income and expenses in one place and see your cash flow at a glance on the dashboard.
Monthly, quarterly and annual summaries of income, expenses and cash flow, exported to PDF in one click.
A product backlog with priorities, progress tracking and a roadmap view — so decisions turn into shipped work.
Turn board-session recommendations into tasks with priorities, deadlines and progress tracking.
How it works
StratOS gives you structured perspectives — strategy, finance, marketing, operations, technology and a critic — before you pay for professional advice, in one operating system you open like an app.
01
A market to enter, a product to build, a price to set, a property to buy — describe it in plain words, with your budget, timeline and market. Your saved work stays in your account; Enterprise teams share selected work.
02
Choose a decision mode, review seven perspectives, or score an idea across six transparent criteria. Enterprise adds cited Terminal briefings.
03
Turn the verdict into tracked tasks, keep the money honest in Finances, and re-convene the board any time the picture changes.
Structured roles, visible disagreements, saved decisions and next steps. Built for founders, small businesses and advisors.
A chatbot gives you one answer shaped by how you asked. StratOS runs your question through seven fixed executive roles — finance, marketing, operations, technology, a devil's advocate — so the angles you'd forget to ask about get covered anyway.
StratOS surfaces where the board members conflict — the CFO against the CMO, the Red Team against everyone — because that's where the real risk in your decision lives.
The Enterprise Terminal fetches available official statistics and web sources, citing each figure — and says "No data" instead of inventing a number.
StratOS keeps your board sessions, scores, briefings, tasks and finances in one private account, so you can revisit and compare your work.
You're the CEO, CFO and head of product at once. StratOS is the outside perspective you'd hire if you could — before the money is committed, not after.
Opening a second location, raising prices, buying property, entering a new market — big decisions with no analyst on staff to pressure-test them.
Serial builders who get new ideas weekly and need a fast, honest read on which ones deserve real money — before spending any of it.
Use StratOS as a first-pass research desk: cited market briefings and structured analysis you can review, challenge and build on for clients.
Run a prospective deal through the board and the Terminal before the meeting — see the weak points and the cited numbers up front.
If you've ever made a decision on gut feel and paid for it later, StratOS is the system for deciding with evidence instead.
Good decisions shouldn't be a luxury. StratOS gives small businesses structured perspectives, financial calculations and saved decision history. AI conclusions can be wrong, idea scores are not calibrated against outcomes, and this is not licensed financial, legal or tax advice. Enterprise teams support up to five people.
Hypothetical example · not customer results
Assume $10,000 monthly sales, $4,000 fixed costs, 50% variable costs, $30,000 cash and no loan.
Constant monthly sales and costs; no taxes, depreciation, working-capital changes or financing. Cash surplus treats costs as cash payments. This is simplified arithmetic, not a forecast or professional advice.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter a card at signup but are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. One trial per account.
After the 7-day trial, your plan is billed monthly in US dollars and renews automatically until you cancel.
Use Manage billing on the Plans page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, as stated in our Terms.
You keep access while the payment provider retries, and we show a banner asking you to update your card. If every retry fails, the plan ends.
Cards are handled by our payment provider. StratOS never sees or stores your full card number.
Your sessions, ideas and finances are visible only to you. On Enterprise, teammates see the board sessions, briefings, tasks and improvements shared with the team, but not your finances or ideas. We never sell your data.
Yes. Everything you saved stays. Features above your plan become view-only until you upgrade again.
